Chicken + Mushroom Quinoa

I love mushrooms and the bae loves mushrooms, so although I wish this was a creamy and cheesy dish. Lactose intolerance and the wild… not such a good idea. We will have powdered milk and parmesan cheese packets for added flavor.

The full recipe provides the following:

1155 calories, 78 g protein, 168 g carbohydrate (27 g fiber), 21 g fat, 99 mg sodium

  • 1 cup Tricolor Quinoa
  • 1 ¼ cup Dehydrated Chicken
  • 1 oz Whole Dehydrated Shiitake Mushrooms
    • Also add ¼ cup Chopped Dehydrate Mushrooms
  • ½ cup Dehydrated Vegetable Soup Mix

This meal can serve up to 3 people, whatever meets your needs 🙂

Full recipe weighs 324 grams or 11 3/8 oz.
