Chicken with Veggies Mashed Potatoes

Hello everyone!!

As mentioned I have mentioned before, having one cooked meal on the trail whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner can be quite comforting. Food is comforting. Something I can definitely understand being a dietitian.

Another memory lane Monday to Salida, Colorado: Day 4.

Chicken with Veggies Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 1/2 cup Dehydrated Potatoes – Instant Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Dehydrated Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1/2 cup Dehydrated Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 2 1/4 cup Dehydrated Chicken

 

Nutrition facts below:

Instant potatoes, one of the easiest foods to reheat or no heat. Mix with water and let the potatoes rehydrate. Add chicken or veggies for added yumms!
