As mentioned I have mentioned before, having one cooked meal on the trail whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner can be quite comforting. Food is comforting. Something I can definitely understand being a dietitian.

- 1 1/2 cup Dehydrated Potatoes – Instant Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Dehydrated Vegetable Soup Mix
- 1/2 cup Dehydrated Shiitake Mushrooms
- 2 1/4 cup Dehydrated Chicken
